Send the wrong squishy or none at all, and you can't use Squish Swap.

1. What Squish Swap is
- Squish Swap is a place where squishy fans can find each other to trade, sell and auction their own squishies.
- SunnyKai Treasures does not own, check, pack or ship the squishies on Squish Swap. Every trade, sale or auction is between the two people in it.
2. What we are not responsible for
- SunnyKai Treasures is not responsible for anything that is shipped or not shipped.
- This includes squishies that are lost, late, damaged, different from the photo or description, the wrong item, fake, or never sent, and any postage or shipping costs.
- Everything on Squish Swap is offered "as is". By using Squish Swap you agree that SunnyKai Treasures, Lizzy and her family are not responsible for any loss from a swap, sale or auction.
3. If something goes wrong
- Tell us within 30 days using the "Report a problem" button in My swaps.
- If Lizzy finds that the other person sent you the wrong squishy or didn't send it, we will give your service fee back.
- Our refund is the service fee only. We don't refund the price paid for a squishy or any postage.
4. The Black Squishy List
- Anyone who sends the wrong squishy or doesn't send the squishy will be put on the Black Squishy List.
- People on the Black Squishy List can't use Squish Swap: no posting, trading, selling, buying or bidding. Their posts are taken down.
- You can also be listed for fake or stolen photos, lying about a squishy's condition, scams, unsafe items, bidding on your own auction, or making a new account to get around the list.
- Lizzy decides who goes on the list.
5. Your promises when you post or swap
- Use real photos of the actual squishy you'll send (in its box or bag is best), and describe it honestly.
- Mail your squishy within 5 days after a swap, sale or auction is agreed. Pack it safely. Using a tracking number is a good idea.
- Only post squishies you own. No food, liquids, sharp objects, fakes, or anything unsafe for kids.
- Use the other person's address only to mail the squishy, and never share it.
6. Auctions
- The seller picks how long the auction runs: 1, 3 or 7 days. The clock starts when Lizzy approves the post.
- Each new bid must be at least $0.25 more than the top bid.
- A bid is a promise to buy. The highest bid when time runs out wins, and the winner must pay and the seller must mail the squishy.
- Sellers can't take an auction down once someone has bid. Don't bid on your own squishy or ask friends to raise the price.
7. Service fees
- Trades: $0.60 for each person.
- Sales and auctions: the buyer pays 90¢ + 3% of the price.
- Fees are not refundable, except as described in section 3.
8. Kids and grown-ups
- If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Squish Swap and should use a grown-up's email.
- If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must make and manage the account.
- The grown-up on the account is responsible for every swap, sale and bid made with it.
9. Posts, privacy and changes
- Lizzy checks every post and can approve, reject or remove any post at any time.
- Your mailing address is only shown to the other person after you both agree to a swap.
- We may change these rules. Using Squish Swap after a change means you agree to the new rules.
